Director & Project Creator
CHRIS BOUCHARD
Chris is an upcoming film maker with a growing portfolio of independent projects including short films Disconnect, The Machine and the epic horror feature film project Human Residue. As a Lord of the Rings fan, he set out to make The Hunt For Gollum as a tribute to the work of JRR Tolkien and the films of Peter Jackson. Aside from directing and overseeing the production, Chris is also composing the orchestral score for The Hunt For Gollum. His past work as a composer includes the popular fan film Star Wars: Revelations, the internet phenomenon of 2005 that logged millions of downloads and worldwide press acclaim. Chris is proud to bring together many talented collaborators on this professional-quality volunteer production.

THE PRODUCTION TEAM

Co-Producer
BRIAN LAVERY
Brian's experience spans numerous independent film and theatre projects in practically every type of crew role. Hearing about The Hunt For Gollum, he was excited to be part of such an ambitious production with such a low budget, particularly a fan film for a trilogy he loves. As co-producer Brian's responsibilities are on co-ordinating the fight training so the orcs and rangers are ready to do battle, and overseeing prosthetics so everything looks top quality. Aside from producing on this project, Brian is also a director currently working on a music video for UnderOver The Clouds in collaboration with music producer Microwave. Brian is delighted to be part of such an impressive team.

GLADYS SAN JUAN
Gladys's multinational film experience began in the States with various independent film projects on the West Coast. She was a two time winner of the University of Miami Student Photography Contest and proceeded in working as a Visual Anthropologist where she worked on research in Havana, Cuba. While in London she completed an MA in Social Anthropology from Goldsmith’s College and a Diploma in Film Studies and Screenwriting from Birbeck College she's recently worked on productions presented at the BFI National Film Theatre in London Southbank. Gladys feels this is an excellent and inspiring film project with an outstanding crew, cast and vision. Her role for The Hunt for Gollum has been in production coordination and management, above all supervising the crew as well as being an active supervisor of the art department.

JULIANNE HONEY-MENNAL
Julianne’s experience spans many different disciplines. She began as a writer, actor, then director - treading the boards at Rose Bruford Drama school and the West End before deciding that behind the scenes is more fun after all. In 2005 she became Art Director and Set Dresser for photographer partner Richard Paris. As a hardcore Tolkien fan she was very excited to become a part of The Hunt crew. As Co-Producer for wardrobe, Julianne is responsible for the fantastic team of designers and costume makers that give TH4G it’s realism. She is also acting as Script Advisor on the project, and is determined to introduce elves wherever she can!

SPENCER DURU
Spencer is an upcoming film producer with a background in independent short films and music promos in both production and post production houses. He's a business graduate with an already growing portfolio of film projects, and his own production company. Spencer got involved in the project being a big fan of both Mr Bouchard and his vision for the film and also the LOTR trilogies themselves. He has, in the later shoots, tried his hand at 1st Assistant directing but his main role in producing has involved publicity, attaining permits, locations and other crew members. He has also put together a behind the scenes documentary which will be released in December. Moreover, Spencer is very happy to be part of such a talented outfit and intends to keep making films with this promising team.
